Vietnam’s tourism industry is slowly but surely picking up over the years. Known for it’s scenic natural views, it’s one place nature lovers must not miss. As a matter of fact, I am doing a bit of research on Vietnam tours as I intend to travel Vietnam, either by tour or backpacking sometime next year (well, I need to save enough money for the trip!).

I grow up in an Asian community. The ‘S’ word or anything in relation to it is a big taboo. No one speaks of it in the open, especially the adults. The adults bear the mentality that one should find out about *ahem* on his or her own. No parent will discuss this subject with their kids.

Growing up in this context is a bit difficult because we are not encouraged to mention this subject. It feels weird to write about it, even more so to talk about it among other Asian friends because it’s not a ‘normal thing’ in the community.
