Yesterday was a real fluke at the MRT. We went home a bit later since we celebrated our trainors bday. Around 6AM i was at the MRT and there werent a lot of people. Then as i as entering the platform, i saw an empty train coming. Since it was empty i thought it was a skip train. A skip train is when it skips the first few stations to allow passengers usually from the 3rd station a chance to get in since usually the train is already full by the time it gets to them. But for some reason the train stopped! I ran in on the last car of the train and was able to sit comfortably...woohoo!!

This morning, i got to the MRT, there was a long line for the guard to inspect the bags of passengers...as usual. I got to the platform, walked a bit to the end so i can get in the 2nd car. The train came. it wasnt full but people are already standing. I got in the middle. Then, i saw space for me to sit! I was able to sit again!

Oh, and i was late to work yesterday because of the heavy rains whch caused flooding and heavy traffic in the metro. i was about 15-20 mins late. SO, i thought i wont get my attendance incentive in full since i was late. But then, they announced that those who were late will not be counted because a lot of people were late! Wahoo!!

Gtg! have to get ready for work! Dont want to be late on the first day of the month!
