These past few days, I've done up quite a bit of spring-cleaning at one of the few networking sites where I am active in. Relatively active, to be precise.
First up, a change of wallpaper. Credits goes to those creative Word Nerds who designed wallpapers of David Cook. I managed to figure out how to work those complicated HTML codes before finally able to customize my online site to its desired effect.
Secondly, at the site's Inbox. I've filtered updates from my contacts, so as to keep my jealousy in check. It's just not nice to feel so left out, so I'm not even going to look at those pics taken by those contacts of mine. Ignorance is bliss. And the best thing? No one gets removed from my contacts list. Ipso facto, it's now all about me, rather than the others.
Lastly, the URLs. I've deleted those that I don't visit anymore, and those that I wish to have little to do with. I only keep those that I still do patronize. Same goes to the groups I've joined. I've quit two of them, leaving only one. Can't blame me for my heart gone adrift, can you?
On a different note, the CD I've been waiting for has finally arrived in the mail. It's the To Have Heroes CD. For now, it's only available at CDBaby.com - you won't be able to find it at your nearest record store. Yet.
Finally, I have Andy's CD to keep me company, as I linger at the fact that I won't be able to be there at Andy's gig at Plan B, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Duh~ I am living at the other side of the world. If I have tons of money, I will spend 'em on a air-ticket right away! Lol.
Anyway, those who will be watching Andy's gig ... have fun! I can't wait to hear reviews from the Word Heroes over there!!
