Once again this is another long overdue entry but what can i say? this lil girl's been keeping crazy busy (check my other blog for that update!!!) ANYYYYWAYYY

so the sound on the streets is...

JUSTIN YOUNG. Those of you in Asia who recently caught Colbie Caillat's showcases in Singapore or Malaysia, etc., will recognize him as a familiar face- he plays guitar for her and sings back up right now... HOWEVER many of you dont know that he has his own thing goin on too! Yup that's right Mr Justin Young has a whole other solo project and the album that he recently released isn't his first- nope nope he's been singing, songwriting, and playing the guitar for a while now... in fact i first heard his stuff way back when i was in high school ;) been loving his vibe ever since SO now i'm passing it on to you :)

oh and btw, i got the chance to jam with him and mike (colbie's drummer) at a small club in singapore- they did their thing on the instruments and i was on the ones & twos and let me just say... Justin Young sure can break it down on the hip hop jams... he did this twist of a few classic hiphop tracks (like seed 2.0 by the Roots) but with a laid back lovers rock reggae acoustic type vibe that was good enough to eat off a plate with your fingers. no joke.

just a quick rundown on the low down of what your newest vj has been doing...

SO march for me = moving into my new apartment, 2 trips to thailand , 2 trips to malaysia, sunburst fest in malaysia and all the beauty that came with it, interviewing incubus twice, catching incubus and the oh so rockin saosin show in singapore, a fashion show, test driving the i-real mobile for toyota at the biggest auto show in S.E.A, colbie caillat's showcase in singapore, maroon5's press conference & concert, my FHM cover, my SEVENTEEN cover, me in herworld, style, front magazine, LIME mag, 8 days, slimming mag... and so many more things... 

it has been a very busy month! to wrap it all up i took that second trip to malaysia to promote the MOVE YOUR LIPS campaign plus make an appearance of the breakfast show (ntv7) and a live interview with DJ Ean on HITZ FM...  oh so much fun! HA! and the breakfast show made me belly dance... not something i ever thought i'd do before 12pm!!! GOOOOOD TIMES.

i'm loving every minute of life right now... you guys ever find yourself doing exactly what you've been wanting to do? well right now, i'm doing all i wanted to do and more... i'm living a dream that i barely ever dared to have... and the most exciting part is...

i'm just getting started ;)

BY THE WAY... so today i went to do a news segment/ behind the scenes shindig at the We Will Rock You musical and i got to meet Mig Ayesa (and the rest of the cast) - he is one of the coolest most down to earth amazing performers i have ever met and i highly recommend you catch the show while they're still in town (til the end of April)... PLUS, do we love you guys or what, we're giving away free tix on MTV ;) yes yes you're welcome... so get to rockin' i promise you wont be disappointed by the show!
