Holler!!
How's everyone holding up? Hope everyone had a great Easter hunt. Believe it or not but my neighbor has hopping bunnies in their garden. I totally nibbled on the wabbit's ear demanding for my chocolate eggs. They're so cute!
So I've finally moved into my new space, feel much more at home and the kitties are loving the daily lizard hunt. Very amusing to watch. Aaaand, i have a new pet in my life: a rooster that wakes me up every bloody morning at 5am. I mean I think the notion is kind, that this lovely ostentatious rooster feels the need to perch outside my window to personally send me up the roof, but I can always use the extra snooze. He's a very pretty rooster, i have to admit, but still there are days where I imagine him crispy in my oven. (I kid!)
My fellow vj-bro UTT and I were at the Body Shop recently to let you all know the gravity of the HIV/AIDS situation in the world. We've teamed up with the lovely peeps at The Body Shop and collaborated on a fab lip balm to spread awareness and most of all, to get everyone talking about what's happening. It's crucial guys, HIV ain't a joke. It's important we all get involved-so head on down to your nearest Body Shop and get yourself a lippy and help the Staying Alive foundation, and Action for AIDS in Singapore.
Met KT Tunstall recently-she is probably the nicest person I've ever met. You can't get anymore down to earth than this lovely lass. Plus, she keeps it real and balances out her carbon footprint. I think that is such a cool thing to do as a musician. I mean, think about it...they exhaust electricity up the wazoo by recording their albums and flitz & fly all over the world-it's so cool she eco-balances with planting trees. Makes me want to start my life-long organic farm dream!
Anyhoos, I'm sorry if i couldn't respond to all your emails (thank you so much guys, I love you very much). I'm doing my fashiony thing again at the Singapore Fashion Festival. I'm having a blast getting to know these really cool designers. Mathew Williamson was super stylin and rawked an awesome collection. Ashley Isham, one of my closest mates back in London, cleverly placed demi-couture and ready to wear in one show. And the regional designers like Qiu Hao and Ritu Kumar were absolutely gorrrrrgeous...
