Pride and Prejudice

God, I soooo love the book when I read it. Before it became a movie, I thought that Keira Knightley would be perfect for the leading lady. When the movie came out, I was all, "HOLY COW!!" when I heard that she had The Role.

I was flipping out when I watched it on HBO. I was all gushy, and mushy...of course, their were parts that weren't in the book that they were bloody worth watching!!! especially the ending:

Mr. Darcy: How are you this evening, my dear?
Elizabeth Bennet: Very well... although I wish you would not call me "my dear."
Mr. Darcy: [chuckles] Why?
Elizabeth Bennet: Because it's what my father always calls my mother when he's cross about something.
Mr. Darcy: What endearments am I allowed?
Elizabeth Bennet: Well let me think...”Lizzie" for every day, "My Pearl" for Sundays, and...”Goddess Divine"... but only on *very* special occasions.
Mr. Darcy: And... what should I call you when I am cross? Mrs. Darcy...?
Elizabeth Bennet: No! No. You may only call me "Mrs. Darcy"... when you are completely, and perfectly, and incandescently happy.
Mr. Darcy: [he snickers] Then how are you this evening... Mrs. Darcy?
[kisses her on the forehead]
Mr. Darcy: Mrs. Darcy...
[kisses her on the right cheek]
Mr. Darcy: Mrs. Darcy...
[kisses her on the nose]
Mr. Darcy: Mrs. Darcy...
[kisses her on the left cheek]
Mr. Darcy: Mrs. Darcy...
[finally kisses her on the mouth]

How could I NOT fall for Mr. Darcy???

I shall be called "Your Highness" everyday, "My One and Only" for Sundays and on very special occassions, "Mrs (guy's last name)"

Oh gosh, I'm all gushy mushy again. haha.

This book rules!

I watched the movie, and I think they cut off this part because some ppl din like it or something...

Haha(: I loved the book. Hollywood has a way of ruining the book when they make it into a movie!
