Bleh.
I'm still feeling sore about what happened this week, but this time it didn't hurt as deep as back then, as I've taken action towards these "hypocrites" - I've removed them from my Facebook friend list, a sign that my friendship with these people have ended. Period. If I ever see them IRL (in real life), I will ignore them, not even a "hello" from me.
Besides, I had other friends to tell me to cheer up. Because they are the ones whom I feel I can lend a shoulder to cry on, I felt a whole lot better. Thanks for these kind words - now I felt more perked up, bit by bit.
On the other hand, I finally booked myself a trip to KL for this year's Anugerah Planet Muzik (APM), set to be held in KLCC (Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre). It was a tough choice, choosing 1 out of 3 attractive packages, but I managed to choose the most expensive one - the 3D1N package, in which Saturday is for me to go around KL on my own, while Sunday is APM night. After the event, that's the cue for me to go back to the bus and head back to Singapore. For a moment, I almost wanted to choose the U-turn package as it was a whole lot cheaper - it's just going there for the event, after which you have to hop back into the bus and head back to Singapore.
I know there's gonna be one massive problem which will lead to us reaching KL late - the congested checkpoints. As we already know by now, the checkpoints between Singapore and Malaysia are screwed up, no thanks to some loser who pulled a Prison Break stunt, escaping from the Detention Centre. Those residing in Singapore will have, by now, seen his mugshots, and they can well agree with me that he's nowhere as hawt as Wentworth Miller. Hahahahahaha~!! As far as I know, the manhunt for that boho is still on.
But then again, I was already all prepared for that piece of bad news when I made my bookings. Because of that, I almost harboured thoughts on whether to go to KL via intercity train or by air. I could have done just that, but I perished these thoughts, knowing that utilising these modes of transports, there's hardly any chance I will get tickets to the APM. At least, when I booked my trip via Azizi Travels, the event's official travel agency, there's a chance I can watch it without the need to GC. Don't ask me what that means.
Well, you win some, you lose some. =/
