Happy new year guys! Woohoo, what a year it has been. Geesh, was that really 1 year? Yesereee, I'm back from freezing Beijing and it was absolutely divine to explore and be lost in the shadows of the year. It didn't snow but the roads were slippery enough to make me tumble and shiver. Still, it was one of the most memorable vacations i had taken in a while. There is just 'something' about having a seasonal change that makes you feel recharged all over again. Indeed, the hollies came and went, and hurra! We still have Chinese New Year to start brand new. I love Asian holidays... Thank you for all your emails and well wishes-i hope everyone had a fantastical new year's countdown (I found myself counting down in putunghua with techno lights in China-).
