few years back as i was working, i saw this patient who encountered an accident. the damage was so bad until the doctors said that they have to amputate ( cut off ) both of the patient's hands. it was terrifying.. i wonder if the patient can accept that..

but in a few months, the patient recovered and we talked for a while..
he told me..
i'm grateful that this happened to me..i can never discover and get to know a lot of different wonderful things if i didn't lose both of my hands... i know that maybe a lot of people out there that would not accept their fate as mine..and maybe even thinking of comitting suicide. but thank God i realized that everything happened has their own purposes..it's not what i lost is important..but what i have left is more important.
