today is the second time im awake early in the morning to go jogging!! =D yesterday i ddi the same but well was too tired n sleepy. So, didn't end up jogging much with my friend, jay dee. today i went with cheryl. n hmmm we jogged 4 rounds around the lake =D

well must buck up on my stamina since i wanna take part in the taekwondo tournament soon in dec..
