Yesterday I received an email of apology and a phonecall from the outlet manager! How not surprising, not only I am not compensated in any manner, he was not sincere at all to investigate the whole matter and give me a reasonable answer.
I went back to exchange for the memory card at the BUGIS outlet and yes I saw the same guys who offended me. I was not even interested to know their names and also the manager just simply blamed the whole incident on Sony Ericsson and not their company. Ow! Also, he claimed his suborninate was unaware that the phone was used also and he took a brand new pack that day. But how can it be unwrapped in the first place? So many loopholes and they can still talk to you in the manner they are not at fault!
Anyway like I said in my email, I would rather subscribe to SingTel and Starhub after my contract ends, I think they don't bother losing a few customers anyway.
