ARE YOU SUFFERING FROM INSOMIA? If you are, you should avoid napping in the day time hours. Follow regular sleep schedule. Avoid caffeine especially in the hours leading up to bedtime. Don’t eat large meals before bedtime. Drink warm milk or tea to soothe your tummy. If else fails, consult a doctor.
