HEY GIRLS AND BOYS!
Whatsup? Hope everyone is doing wonderful. It's been a while since I posted something, I'm sorry if I've been a bit tardy with updates. I've been traveling a lot recently but I'm still here!!! I wish sometimes I could timewarp myself back to the 70's to the SUMMER OF LOVE. You know the world has become a size zero, we sometimes forget to pause and think and ponder about the conditioning of the human spirit. I can't say the world is the BEST place right now, the planet is heating up; Animals are endangered; HIV, Cancer and human trafficking is alarming and there is still a war going on in some places. I generally don't like politics but I think in a social context we are responsible to play a part and that's where I need your help to zip back to a time where people did make a peaceful impact in the world, to show how much we love our world, and what the world has to offer in return. We are the new generation and in so many ways history repeats itself-so maybe we can learn from an era where the coolest musicians of the past like Janis Joplin and Jimi Hendrix jammed to life with flower power.
In San Francisco, around June 1976 for 3 whole days, over 200,000 people wore garlands of flowers round their necks to jam about music, love and peace. Back then people were peacefully protesting against the Vietnam War, but they did it in such a passive way that, that most policemen went home early because they couldn't do anything about the protest. There was no violence. The was only the human spirit and the power of a flower. We ALL still have it in us to protest against something we DON'T like, we just have to say it peacefully...and that is why the flower was so symbolic back then and in my opinion, still is. So what say you, we pick up some flowers and say it with peace and love? Because we all are able to hold a flower and mean something, in this day and age.
Love you all, flower power all the way....xxxx

What is going in the world?
Ayoyoyoyoyoyoyoyoyoyoyo...I've been going through the news and the world feels topsy turvy: Euro Madness predicaments (phew, Germany is still in!!!), Winehouse diagnosed with bad lung disease, 50Cent and his guns (not to mention his matches), Mini-Spears becoming mummy at 17 (did you guys hear about the pregnancy pact in the US?!?), and our blogs just had matrix glitches. LOL.
How many of you caught the Movie Awards over the weekend? I think it one of the funniest awards to date. Mike Meyers kills me. He's just the funniest joker around. Love him. Catch him and the awards on our site!
Will let you know MAA roadshows real soon-think we'll be in Singapore and Malaysia to throw out some cool prizes.
Can't wait to see you...it's going to be awesome.
big kisses to everyone.xxxx dk

Hey guys,
did you hear that Britney starred in a tv show? It seems her dad is really taking care of her and she is progressively getting better and smiling more like her usual self! That's awesome. Hope she gets back and rocking the stage again.. Justin's comments on her being a 'Madonna wannabe' was not very nice. I really hope she gets better and better everyday. send her love and light guys! xdk

Holler!!
How's everyone holding up? Hope everyone had a great Easter hunt. Believe it or not but my neighbor has hopping bunnies in their garden. I totally nibbled on the wabbit's ear demanding for my chocolate eggs. They're so cute!
So I've finally moved into my new space, feel much more at home and the kitties are loving the daily lizard hunt. Very amusing to watch. Aaaand, i have a new pet in my life: a rooster that wakes me up every bloody morning at 5am. I mean I think the notion is kind, that this lovely ostentatious rooster feels the need to perch outside my window to personally send me up the roof, but I can always use the extra snooze. He's a very pretty rooster, i have to admit, but still there are days where I imagine him crispy in my oven. (I kid!)
My fellow vj-bro UTT and I were at the Body Shop recently to let you all know the gravity of the HIV/AIDS situation in the world. We've teamed up with the lovely peeps at The Body Shop and collaborated on a fab lip balm to spread awareness and most of all, to get everyone talking about what's happening. It's crucial guys, HIV ain't a joke. It's important we all get involved-so head on down to your nearest Body Shop and get yourself a lippy and help the Staying Alive foundation, and Action for AIDS in Singapore.
Met KT Tunstall recently-she is probably the nicest person I've ever met. You can't get anymore down to earth than this lovely lass. Plus, she keeps it real and balances out her carbon footprint. I think that is such a cool thing to do as a musician. I mean, think about it...they exhaust electricity up the wazoo by recording their albums and flitz & fly all over the world-it's so cool she eco-balances with planting trees. Makes me want to start my life-long organic farm dream!
Anyhoos, I'm sorry if i couldn't respond to all your emails (thank you so much guys, I love you very much). I'm doing my fashiony thing again at the Singapore Fashion Festival. I'm having a blast getting to know these really cool designers. Mathew Williamson was super stylin and rawked an awesome collection. Ashley Isham, one of my closest mates back in London, cleverly placed demi-couture and ready to wear in one show. And the regional designers like Qiu Hao and Ritu Kumar were absolutely gorrrrrgeous...

Hey guys,
Sorry I've been a bit slow and late with my updates, but I've been a bit tied to the runway lately-As Heidi always says: In fashion, you are eizer in or you are out! And I'm definitely trying to keep those stilettos on! And i've been on set filming my new 'priceless' campaign which has been sooooooooooooo fabulously exciting. I can't wait for everyone to see it on MTV's channel real SOON! Big love and smooches! dxxx PS. Poor Britney-I wish somebody could really help her in times like this. We don't want another tragic star to fall after such hard hit with Heath. Send her light everyone...xxxxdk

How fantastical!!! Amy Winehouse snapped up 5 Grammy's and was denied a visa for the show! Well, they were a bit slow about the approval, BUT she still won a shit load of awards for a Brit Artist. awesome!
