Its been my childhood dream to get a few up on air.
I do have a few Qs

1. whens the deadline for this social experiment?

2. u mentioned...submit work online (to the required technical specifications). Then MTV will assess the quality of the submissions and select the best works each week. For those whose works are selected, MTV will work with you to make your work broadcast quality. Once that’s done, we’ll put your work on MTV.

So can submit storyboards, mood boards and treatments first instead of small compressed videos?
