BRAD PITT is a "goofy and quirky dad" according to TARAJI P. HENSON, his co-star in new movie THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON.
Henson watched Pitt doting upon his kids with Angelina Jolie while they shot the movie.
She tells OK! magazine, "Brad would tell all these corny jokes - that's the quirky, goofy Brad. He has a lot of energy. He would bring one child to the set each day, a different child, and they would stay with him all day." And she insists Pitt and Jolie are bringing up their kids with only their family's help - the actor wouldn't let a nanny near them onset.
Henson adds, "I never saw a nanny. I either saw him, Angelina Jolie or the grandparents." Pitt and Jolie have adopted kids Maddox, seven; Pax, four, and Zahara, three; as well as biological children, Shiloh, two, and newborns Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon.

MELANIE BROWN knew her former SPICE GIRLS bandmate MELANIE CHISHOLM was pregnant before the news was announced - because she has a "sixth sense".
Chisholm, formerly known as Mel C, revealed she was expecting her first baby last month (Aug08) - but Brown insists she had a feeling her pal was with child before she even mentioned it.
Brown tells Britain's New! magazine, "Mel texted me about a month ago, saying, 'I've got something to tell you'. I immediately thought, 'She's pregnant'. I have a sixth sense for things like that."

MADONNA's former flame, Hollywood socialite CHRIS PACIELLO, has become a victim of vandalism after his famed Los Angeles restaurant was defaced with a graffiti insult.
The nightlife entrepreneur - real name Christian Ludwigsen - has been desperate to make a new start in the city since his name was tarnished after a series of criminal convictions.
Most notably Paciello was sentenced to seven years in prison in 2000 after pleading guilty to charges of murder and armed robbery in Staten Island, New York in 1993.
But his efforts to reinvent himself proved futile when vandals used graffiti to tag the word "murder" onto the front of his L.A. eatery Murano.
Paciello has played host to actors Kevin Connolly, Queen Latifah and basketball star Stephon Marbury at the venue.
He tells the New York Daily News: "Perhaps this is someone's idea of a joke.
But vandalism is vandalism."

MISCHA BARTON appears to have put her failed romance with rocker TAYLOR LOCKE behind her - after she was spotted leaving a London nightclub with actor JOSH HARTNETT.
The former The O.C. star hooked up with Hartnett and a male friend of his at the trendy Bungalow 8 club in the British capital during a party held in celebration of London Fashion Week.
Barton was seen chatting to Hartnett at the nightspot, before she and a group of pals accompanied him to his hotel in nearby Soho, according to Britain's Daily Mail newspaper.
However, the Pearl Harbor actor, who is in London preparing to star in a West End production of Rain Man, apparently seemed unimpressed with Barton and she left the hotel just an hour later.
A source tells the publication, "Josh looked pretty bored and was totally ignoring Mischa. She persisted though, and kept getting closer and closer to their table while dancing provocatively.
"Lots of girls were trying to get near their table, where the two guys were drinking champagne and vodka cocktails. Mischa had a lot to contend with, but didn't give up."

Actress LINDSAY LOHAN has become the centre of a political tug-of-war between U.S. presidential hopefuls JOHN McCAIN and BARACK OBAMA.
Obama reportedly rejected an offer from Lohan - who, by her own admission, is a reformed drug and alcohol addict - to host a campaign fundraiser in an effort to rally support for his candidacy among young voters.
A source tells the Chicago-Sun Times the Democrat's camp declined Lohan's offer because she "is not exactly the kind of high-profile star who would be a positive for us".
And McCain has challenged his opponent's judgement, with a spokesperson telling celebrity website TMZ.com: "So let me get this straight - they turned away Lindsay Lohan, but Barack Obama has friends like unrepentant terrorist Bill Ayers and convicted felon Tony Rezko? Maybe LiLo is just too upstanding for Barack Obama." Lohan recently slammed McCain's running-mate, vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin, when she took to her MySpace.com blog and challenged her on her take on gay rights.
Lohan says, "I really cannot bite my tongue anymore when it comes to Sarah Palin. Is it a sin to be gay? Should it be a sin to be straight? Or to use birth control? Or to have sex before marriage? Or even to have a child out of wedlock? "Is our country so divided that the Republicans' best hope is a narrow minded, media obsessed homophobe? "Women have come a long way in the fight to have the choice over what we do with our bodies... and it's frightening to see that a woman in 2008 would negate all of that."

Actress EVA LONGORIA PARKER has called out to the press - begging journalists to "chill out" about reports she is expecting her first child with husband TONY PARKER.
Longoria has issued a string of public denials since putting on the pounds for her role in hit U.S. TV series Desperate Housewives sparked rumours of her alleged pregnancy.
She says, "I wish people would just chill out. You'll know when it happens...
It's funny because bloggers are like, 'Oh, Eva is wearing baggy clothes.' It's not like I dressed like a hoochie mama before!" And though she continues to deny the pregnancy, Longoria admits she will keep the public waiting months after she discovers she's expecting.
She adds, "You just don't say anything for health reasons. You just want to make sure everything's okay."
MEG RYAN and JADA PINKETT SMITH have become the latest celebrities to voice their opinions on U.S
. vice presidential hopeful SARAH PALIN.
A raft of stars including Matt Damon, Lindsay Lohan, Pink and Pamela Anderson have all joined in the debate surrounding Republican nominee John McCain's choice of running mate.
Damon insisted the Alaska governor was only chosen for "political purposes", while Lohan slammed Palin's lack of experience and her policies on gay rights.
And now Ryan has spoken out about the politician, insisting she should be respected for her current family situation - but she won't be getting the actress' vote.
She tells the New York Daily News, "I guess we have to root for her in that her son just went off to Iraq, that's gotta be really, really tough
. (But) she doesn't represent my politics at all." And Ryan's The Women co-star Pinkett Smith has also denounced Palin, saying: "It's nice to see women in America are being extremely vocal about politics this year
. But her being a woman hasn't made me sway to that side
. Not one bit." McCain and Palin go head-to-head with Democrat Barack Obama and his running mate Joe Biden in the upcoming November (08) election

ANGELINA JOLIE and BRAD PITT have inspired their celebrity chef pal JAMIE OLIVER to adopt a baby boy.
The British kitchen guru and wife Jools are desperate for a brother for their two daughters Poppy, six, and Daisy, five.
And the 33-year-old is now considering adopting a son.
He says, “If I can’t produce a boy I will have to adopt one. I would consider it.
“We have two beautiful, healthy girls and we cherish them. But I’d be lying if I said it wouldn’t be great to have a boy.” Oliver - who has cooked for Jolie and Pitt - adds, “Adoption is such a selfless act and they (Jolie and Pitt) have a lovely family environment. It’s humbling and beautiful to see.
“Jools would like to have another child but there are so many vulnerable orphans out there. Jools and I need to sit down and have a very serious conversation about it.”

Actress KEIRA KNIGHTLEY is a secret bookworm - and she loves to read "depressing" accounts of the Holocaust and mass murderers.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star buries her nose in bleak books every chance she gets.
And among her favourites are Bernhard Schlink's Holocaust novel The Reader, which she describes as "beautiful", and Revolutionary Road by Richard Yates the story of a couple struggling with life in 1950s America.
She tells USA Today newspaper, "(They are) two really depressing books but really good. Not exactly a barrel of laughs." Knightley also enjoyed Gitta Sereny’s Into That Darkness: From Mercy Killing to Mass Murder - the story of World War II Nazi extermination camp Treblinka and books by legendary war correspondent Martha Gellhorn.
She adds: "Not exactly happy, but interesting. Really great writing creates such amazing images. It's a compilation of investigative journalism. She has just gone into Dachau. It's awful, but the way she writes is wonderful. I just started it. I'd never read any Martha Gellhorn before, and she's a wonderful writer.”
