My Neighborhood
Entrance at the back of Alabang Town Center

A november 5 entry, moved here:

Solace in the Abode

I decided to just stay at home when I found out we were just commuting to northern Luzon. Anyway, if my relatives take pictures, I'll post them here. It's good that I stayed at home. I can take care of unfinished business.
They borrowed my digicam, so I won't be able to take pictures until they return. It's a nice break for someone like me who's bordering an obsessive-compulsive behavior. I get to slack around again...and snoop around and find my next target. I'm just waiting for the signal, and then I will pounce like a predator. Nah, I'm just kidding. I'm having delusions again of being a double agent.

The Sim Idiosyncracies

Also, today, I bought a Globe retailer sim¹. So I loaded thirty Pesos to myself to see if it works. And it did. So I have thirty Pesos, I thought "What the heck, I'll try the auction points". So I text MOTO 2 and sent it to 22688. But the reply I got was "Invalid Keyword". So I try it with lowercaps, no go. Oh well, the Black Eyed Peas autographed life-size standee was enticing...

The Elements of Altruism and Greed

Oh yeah, I almost forgot the reason why I bought a Globe retailer sim. The reason is because it complements my Smart retailer sim. I'm thinking of ways of using it. So, if you want free load, just leave your number². Maybe I can share thirty pesos load, that is, if I still have any available. Also, I need a Sun retailer sim to complete the triad.

The following are from fictional characters in my comic book³:

Survival of the Fittest

I have no remorse for the weak. Let the unfit perish, and the strong survive. Waste shall be upon the dirt that exists only for my amusement...

I'm listening to Eddie and Jobo on Bee 96. They have an odd contest. They're looking for callers who are at banks. And then they will have to send their cellphone to the teller through the pneumatic tube for sending deposits. If the teller on the other end talks with the DJ on air, the customer wins an Ipod Nano. So the teller speaks, and Eddie and Jobo asks her what kind of accent she has. And the teller said she's Filipina. :)

Maybe when I get home, I'll try to revive my interest in RSS readers. And perhaps I'll find a way so that my blog can be XML compatible. But right now, there's few websites that I need to keep tabs on, and I just really prefer going to the exact website with full graphics than just read the text in the RSS reader. But it's cool, though. I won't forget websites that are important if I have then bookmarked.

Boracay
In the morning, there's people on the beach. They're mostly locals. And there was a breeze. It was so pleasant.

Boracay
My Mom and I created this sandcastle. We woke up early so that the sun won't burn our skin. She did the cone shape on the right, while I created the cluster of hills that looks like a grape on the left. We had fun doing it, and the sand was really nice to play with. We also learned that there's a ratio of sand and water to keep the sand castle strong.

Boracay
This boat is like the boat we rode to get to Boracay. For this shot, I had to move the camera parallel to the water without getting it wet. And it's around six in the morning. Everything is so peaceful.

The Boracay Regency Hotel is an excellent hotel.

The honeymoon suite has a four-poster bed, and the interiors are inspired by tropical design.
