We all know that Rain topped the 100 Most Inluential People of 2007 for the Time Magazine. Last year, Rain was already included in the list, but this is his first time to appear as number 1. Coming in at second is funny guy Stephen Colbert, who once was a reporter for Jon Stewart, but now holds his own show on Comedy Central.

But what's really is that the Stephen Colbert Show did a parody of Rain sometime after the results were out, complaining why he was just on the second place. The clip is so hilariously funny, you'll gasp for breath.

You check it out, the clip is on youtube now.

Currently listening to the music of Angela Aki, and I'm loving evry minute of it!

Can't even remember how I got hold of her name, but I don't regret it since her music is awesome. I like her style, which is a cross between Tori Amos and Sarah McLachlan. It's very soothing yet contains substance.

I don't even bother if some of her songs are in Japanese......

For those 87 years that you spent here on Earth, no one could replace you.

Thank you for those times you spent with us.

When we were down, you lifted us up.

When we were joyous, you celebrated with us.

When we neede something, you gave it to us.

For the life and love you showed to us, we can't thank you enough

We love you and we will always remember you, Tiya LingLing.

there really is a huge power for internet users.

my cousin now is campaigning for her brother who is running for local elections by sending emails to everybody in her phonebook and even posting shout-outs in her friendster account.

i just can remember, when i was young, only a few people would dare run for government office because finances wouldn't allow them to.

but now, thanks to the internet, my cousin can campaign for him with minimal expenses and even a wider coverage.

Finally saw You'll Be Safe Here as the new ID for Star News Asia. I was on the look out for it for the past two weeks since my friends told me about the good news. Way to go, Rivermaya!

I think they're gaining popularity among Asians. And to top it all, there's also a new video for their song Balisong, which is, now, Bali Song, after being released internationally.

Ang galing talaga ng Pinoy!

I also heard Bamboo (the vocalist being the former lead of Rivermaya), is also planning to release an international album. Wow. Bamboo is as good as Rivermaya. I hope you guys check them out. For the people who haven't heard of this band, try making a research on them and you'll realize they're equally talented as Rivermaya.

As to the question which band is better, I'll leave the answer to you.

My cousin and I went to church to hear mass at 630 yesterday. Being the tardy person that I am, we arrived so late that everybody was already seated and it was time for the priest to read the Gospel.

After the mass, we met up with Zoe and went home together. While we were talking, for a reason that I can't remember, we strated talking about one of our aunts.

This may sound rude to some people, but it was pretty funny how we discovered each other's feelong towards our aunt. Yes, we just came from the church, but it was a moment that was crucial to us. We started talking about her and her not-so good ways and ended up realizing that we all felt the same way.

I feel a little bit guilty about this, since after all, she is our tita. I don't know if a lot of people also share our sentiments towards some of their family members. But I just think this is pretty normal.

When God wants to make a mushroom, he does it overnight. But when he wants to make a giant oak, he takes a hundred years. Great souls are grown through struggles and storms and seasons of suffering. God is never in a hurry, but he is always on time.
