...wondering if any SG users are keen for a Mobbed gathering? It will be good to get to know everyone better. Can probably gather over a meal, coffee, movie, beach & talked about Mobbed....or anything under the sun!
If this takes off, maybe we can hold a huge gathering for all Mobbers in the future...
Comments? Suggestions? Yes? No? Good? Bad?
Wow...wow...wow!! It's been such a long time!
Been kinda busy running around & getting stuff done. And I am very excited & happy to see that Mobbed has improved its features! And there's definitely more to come!!
It's been a month since I blog & there has been so many things that had happened! Celebrated my birthday, the World Cup, holiday chalet with friends & my recent trip to Genting Highlands! It's been incredible!
Well, now that blog space has increased, I can upload some of my pics here! Keep your eyes on the lookout here ok? Plus, I can now feature videos of my favourite Japanese artist, Gackt, from YouTube!!
Argh!! So much to do now at Mobbed! I better get busy! ;)
OMG.
Paris Hilton is now a singer. Caught her music video 'Stars Are Blind' today. She's trying to sound like Gwen Stefani in terms of voice & singing style. Copycat in the making?
The video? Looks like a soft porn vid. Why? Scantily clad, flashing her flesh & frolicking with a man in the sand.
The Stars gods Are Blind.
Things in life like to do a full circle. When you think an episode of your life is over, a replay unexpectedly screens itself, with a continuation to boot!
Awkwardness? Tense muscles? Uncomfortable body language? Funny grins on the faces? Never thought there's still a script for the actor & actress to play it out after the great wall of silence...
As with the trend of audiences having the final say on a show's ending, will the thespians act out according to the previous episode's ending or will they succumb to the pressures of conformity from the audiences?
The camera is still rolling, the director's seat is conspicuously empty. All affixed their glassy and expressionless eyes on the thespians. The actor hopes the ending will unfold itself like a flower blossoming in the hint of spring...the audiences hope to get their ending, conforming to their ideal final curtain scene.
A burning soul in the midst of the haze struggles to find her way, to have the episode end the way she wants it. Will the actress succeed? I hope so...
Expectations are either traps that hurt you when you fall or your glorious pedestals when you meet them.
World Cup's coming.
I'm excited. I savoured every drop of excitement when I caught the last World Cup matches at Suntec City Mall with hundreds of people with like-minded passion & interest. The environment was electrifying whenever there's a goal or a near-goal.
I supported South Korea the last round because they are the first Asian soccer team to get into the last few rounds of World Cup. This time round, I think I'll support Brazil. Don't ask me why. Maybe the national jersey colours just appeal to me.
I wonder how many people out there still support England. Can they truly lift the Cup this year? Can Brazil retain the Cup? Will Germany, the host, make their motherland proud?
Let's take a poll. Which team do you think will win? Which team do you support?

Bravo....bravo....!!
I should have seen it coming when one of my cousins got married when she was just 18 (or 20...). It is a trap! A trap set up for innocent, naive peepz like me! (Okay...may not innocent & naive.)
The next news came when my poly classmate married at the age of 21 soon after her graduation. The third one came when my ex-colleague-cum-ex-schoolmate-cum friend did the same thing when she was 23 or 24. One of my closest friends replicated the process when she was 23 going 24.
THE ultimate bomb came when I found out that several people I know from my secondary school days had gotten married too, albeit those who seemed like they will soar along the streets of Shenton Way like a supersonic jet! And now, the offsprings they come!!
Fortunately (or unfortunately??), one of my friends is further propagating the ritual this weekend & I will be helping out at the church ceremony. Tell me who's the fella who reported that women of our generation are marrying late & I'll gladly take a swing at his bom-boms, like the hungry, menacing soccer boots eager to smack at the hapless soccer ball! I am not born of a thousand fingers & toes to count those I knew & married young!!
Someone should hire me to do a more accurate survey on how early (or late) women are getting hitched & at the same time, help me to cover the outgoing cashflows. Getting married in Singapore ain't cheap for the couple AND the invited guests, ya know??
I don't quite believe I have watched that many movies within the span of 2-3 weeks...
MI:3
Over The Hedge
The Da Vinci Code
X-Men 3: The Last Stand
Poseidon
plus another horror-comedy movie which is not shown yet.
Thank goodness there are no other nice movies to watch now otherwise my pocket will have a big, burnt hole. I'm looking forward to Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest & Superman, which are coming soon. And I may try to finish off The Godfather part II & III over this week...I'm procrastinating way too long since my last review on The Godfather.
